Vintage Flower Necklace.....

I had a sudden burst of inspiration yesterday when I was making stock (necklaces)
I Have wanted to put these lovely vintage flowers on a necklace for ages but nothing had come to me. Anyway as I said I had a burst of inspiration yesterday and made the Vintage Flower Necklace. Its not up ont he website yet, but will be shortly.
Its an 18" sterling silver chain with a very cute sterling silver heart, the vintage flower and my fave pink button. There is also another of the little silver hearts on the clasp. A cute touch :)
So look out for this one very soon and you can always team it up with the Vintage Flower Ring or the Vintage Flower Studs.

We are back.....

Why do I run my own business?

Well......some days I wonder.

This week I have been running around like a headless chicken. There have been import charges to sort out on fabric coming into the country, orders to get out before our little trip later, web updates to do, wholesale orders to get out before the Easter weekend....really the list goes on.

Today has been particularly mad....and then I get a very nice email from someone who directs me to their BLOG and the answer to my question magically appears........

As I said before....Happy Easter chickens!!

Tenorikuma Movie......

I was reading http://nataliecakes.wordpress.com/ today. Natalie who writes the blog bought a bag from me from Renegade in Chicago and has kindly mentioned Custom Made in the blog!I always read her blog as I love all the great recipes she puts up. Anyway today there is a recipe for Tenorikuma Cup Cakes and they made me remember my post bag. The bag I take to the post office every day with all the goodies that are shipped all over the place features these cute little baristas! I bought the bag in a Sanrino shop in Las Vegas a couple of years ago. Anyway in honour of Natalies Tenorikuma cakes and my post bag here is a cute little Tenorikuma movie for you....

Its Monday again.......

Wow! The week whizzes by so quickly! Its back nose to the grindstone this week. I have two orders for shops to do this week amongst all the other weekly things I have to do. It never ends!

Ive had a massive sort out in the office over the weekend. I moved into this office last May and havent really done anything since. I got rid of a lot of lots of crap and put shelves up that had been leant against the wall for 9 months! There is also the addition of a new fabric store devised by Anthony and well the space in here has doubled. Its a very big room I discovered after clearing up! There is still lots to do and I will never be in the position to post beautiful pictures on flickr of the place :) If only......

I have also made some new earrings and a very pretty necklace on Saturday but havent had a chance to photograph them yet. I will try to do it today and post them in the SHOP

Thats it for now! I have downloaded the new This American Life Podcast and have the Juno soundtrack to listen to today. They should keep me happy!
